I've created a document to help me keep track of materials I use for various crafts and thought I'd share it with you all. :)
It's in .doc format and when you print it out, you'll want to cut the sheet in half...(there are two materials records on each sheet).
Here's where you can download the document:
Materials_Used.doc
Here's what the form looks like:
Hope you'll get use of it! :)

Thinking of You
Okay, so I broke open my PTI order and I'm in love. If it could cook, clean, and read poetry with me, I'd ask PTI to marry me.
I'm pretty pleased with how this card turned out. However, if I had to do it all over again, I would do one of two things: 1) I'd NOT use a patterned ribbon if I wanted a knot or b) use a solid ribbon if I DID want a knot. I went to tie the knot and the way the ends laid, just was yucky. The dots were not showing, so I used some 3-D Zots to lay the ends down. It's kind of a "forced" look, but I really had no choice. Tearing Zots from paper = bad thing!
I'm not sure if you can tell from the pictures, but the top portion has a subtle paisley pattern to coincide with the embossed bottom.
It's probably not my BEST work, but as I said... I'm happy. :)
Thanks for looking!

Here's a close-up to hopefully show the paisley pattern! :)

Testing a watermark :)
I found a video tutorial on how to create a watermark on YouTube and thought I'd try it. It wasn't that hard, really.
What I like about it is that I created it as a Photoshop action...so now I just open a photo, adjust colors, lighting, etc...click the action "Watermark"... and voila! It's all done. :)
Here's the resulting photo:

Halloween Candy Wrappers II: The Sequel
Well,I was busy today and finished five (5) more wrappers! Woot! :)
Here they are... they were fun, but a bit tedious to think of new ideas after the second or third one. LOL!

Halloween Candy Wrapper
Well, I've been wanting to make these for quite some time and while passing through Wal-Mart, I found some Hershey bars and thought it would be fun to make some mini-Halloween gifts for my school's secretaries. :)
I had no measurements, so I pretty much just had to do some measuring and figure it out... but that was the very easy part! :)

Materials Used:
Paper (Stampin' Up): Cast A Spell, Perfect Plum, Whisper White
Ink (Stampin' Up): Pumpkin Pie
Stamp: From Michaels
Other: Ribbon (stash), ATG gun, dimensionals, Zots (for ribbon adhesive), Drippy Goo Punch (Martha Stewart)
Thanks for looking!
